Ramp's October 2026 AI category data has ElevenLabs as the most-purchased Voice AI Models & Infrastructure vendor. 77% of the companies that buy in that category buy it. Companies treat it as infrastructure.
Open Meta and it does not advertise like infrastructure. It advertises like a creator app. 2,511 live Meta ads, headlines written like SEO title tags, and a user count that goes up every few months.
That is the largest live Meta account of any company on Ramp's AI winners list: ElevenLabs 2,511, Granola 1,889, Wispr Flow 1,729, Perplexity 507, Claude 436, Intercom 243.

How ElevenLabs' funnel is wired
ElevenLabs writes its media plan into its links. 708 Meta ads carry a campaign name you can read from the outside, and they all follow one grammar.
| Slot | Values |
|---|---|
| Market | t1, t2, t3 (country tiers), multi, us, india, brazil, eu |
| Objective | prospecting, retargeting, surge-prospecting, boosting, awareness |
| Audience | a job: ai-field-of-study, creative-marketers, audiobook-creators, content-creators, video-audio-editors, course-creators, game-creators |
| Language | english, spanish, portuguese, german, french |
| Attribution window | 7dc1dv: 7-day click, 1-day view, on 440 ads |
So t1_meta_prospecting_audiobook-creators_english_7dc1dv reads: top-tier countries, cold audience, people who make audiobooks, English, judged on a 7-day click.
The audiences are jobs
| Audience | Ads |
|---|---|
| ai-field-of-study | 118 |
| creative-marketers | 51 |
| audiobook-creators | 41 |
| content-creators | 41 |
| video-audio-editors | 30 |
| video-audio-production | 27 |
| course-creators | 12 |
| game-creators | 12 |
The biggest one is people whose field of study is AI. Students and researchers, bought as an interest. The retargeting runs on top: t1, t2 and t3 retargeting, a 180-day web visitor pool, and a 3% lookalike of people who subscribed.
The experiments are in the URL
| Experiment | Started |
|---|---|
| ad-creative hooks: Studio vs Studio 3.0 | 17 Sep 2025 |
| landing-page: surge page vs homepage, for game creators | 7 Oct 2025 |
| ad-creative hooks for course creators | 21 Oct 2025 |
| ad-creative: AI models vs AI video editing | 13 Jan 2026 |
| ad-copy: "ElevenLabs" vs "ElevenCreative" | 1 and 28 Apr 2026 |
| landing-page: payouts | 2 Jun 2026 |
The last one is the interesting one. Same ad, two pages: /voice-marketplace or /payouts. A marketplace to find a voice, or a page about getting paid for yours. ElevenLabs tested whether "your voice can earn money" converts better than "find a voice".
The April test asked whether the creator app should be sold under the company name or the product name. The name crept in after it: 0 of 44 new ads mentioned ElevenCreative in January, 30 of 363 in September. A minority, but it never left.
A comment, not a click
89 Meta ads ask for a comment keyword: "Comment VOICE" (19), "Comment ELEVEN" (19), "Comment v4", "Comment Jump" for a Seedance trend. The reply comes by DM with the link. Brand ads and creator ads use the same move. The biggest share, 27, sits in one campaign called multi_meta_boosting_english: organic posts, boosted.
LinkedIn has its own grammar
201 LinkedIn ads carry campaign names too: na_linkedin_tofu_english_v1, eu_linkedin_tofu_english_v1, elevenagents_sales-assist_eu_awareness_linkedin_prospecting_english, and strategic-list_linkedin_tofu_english_v1, a named account list. 110 of them land on one page, /mcp.
Name the audience after a job. "audiobook-creators" tells the next person exactly what the ad should say. "Interest stack 4" tells them nothing.
How ElevenLabs pays people to promote it
ElevenLabs pays four groups of people, and each one shows up in the ads.
| Who | What they get |
|---|---|
| Affiliates | 22% of a new subscriber's payments for the first 12 months (11% on Business), paid through PartnerStack |
| Creators | Paid partnership posts tagged #ElevenCreativePartner, run as ads from their own pages |
| Voice owners | A cut every time a paying user uses their voice: $22M+ paid to 10,400+ creators, by ElevenLabs' count |
| Contest entrants | $100,000 in prizes for "The Search", the world's catchiest ad. Subscribe to enter |
Affiliates buy the brand name
13 Google advertiser accounts that aren't ElevenLabs ran 18 ads on the ElevenLabs name. "Hurry: ElevenLabs Deal". "Get 20% off ElevenLabs annual plans". Several point at try.elevenlabs.io. Most run in India, Pakistan, Indonesia and Brazil, where a brand click is cheap.
The affiliate terms, updated 10 June 2026, ban exactly this: no bidding on the ElevenLabs name, no ElevenLabs name in a paid ad, no paid placement that sends people to an ElevenLabs site. The ads run anyway. With 22% of a year of payments on the table and a cheap brand click, the arithmetic is hard to resist.
The in-house side is growing too. ElevenLabs is hiring an influencer marketer, a separate seat from the affiliate program.
Creators sit inside the same campaigns
21 creator pages ran 64 partnership ads: Adam.Digital, Tran UGC, SoojinTech, Gordon Ly, audreycaprianni. They don't get a creator budget. Their ads run inside the same campaigns as the brand's, t1_meta_prospecting_ai-field-of-study and t1_meta_prospecting_content-creators, competing creative against creative.
And the creators run the comment funnel themselves: "Comment VOICE and I'll send you a link to create your voice clone."
The person who built ElevenLabs' creator and affiliate programs now runs influencer marketing at Granola. The Granola teardown shows what that playbook looks like at a second company.
Contests that require a subscription
"The Search" is live: make a 15 to 45 second ad for a fictional brand, write the jingle in ElevenCreative, $100,000 in prizes, $50,000 for the winner. "Subscribe to enter." An earlier ad pushed the Chroma Awards, an AI film, music and gaming competition with over $175,000 in prizes, co-presented by ElevenLabs.
A contest with a paywall is a subscription offer with a trophy on it.
Headlines written for Google, shown on Meta
Meta headlines are a free field. Most brands put a hook in it. ElevenLabs puts a title tag in it.
"ElevenLabs | Join 7,500,000+ Creators & Brands | All-in-One AI Creative Editor." Brand, pipe, proof, pipe, category. That one headline sits on 137 ads. The next most common, "ElevenLabs | Join 7,500,000+ Users & Brands | All-in-One AI Editing Platform", sits on 74.
131 distinct headlines. Almost all are the same three slots with one word swapped: Creators, Marketers, Writers, Editors, Enterprises. Same frame, different noun.
The user count that keeps climbing
The proof slot is a user count. Here is the earliest start date of each headline that carries one.
| First ran | Headline | Ads |
|---|---|---|
| 17 Sep 2025 | Trusted by 1,000,000+ Creators | Most Realistic Audio AI Platform, Now with Video | 66 |
| 23 Sep 2025 | ElevenReader App | Join Over 4,000,000+ Downloads | Download Free | 21 |
| 31 Mar 2026 | Join 7,500,000+ Creators & Brands | Most Realistic Voice AI Platform, Now with Video | 9 |
| 2 Apr 2026 | Join 7,500,000+ Creators & Brands | All-in-One AI Creative Editor | 137 |
| 6 May 2026 | ElevenLabs App | Trusted by 2,000,000+ Creators | Most Realistic Voice AI Platform, Now with Video | 33 |
| 26 May 2026 | Join 7,500,000+ Users & Brands | All-in-One AI Editing Platform | 74 |
| 8 Sep 2026 | Trusted By 7,500,000+ Users & Brands | All-in-One AI Creative Platform | 10 |
1,000,000+ to 7,500,000+ in about six and a half months. The 2,000,000+ line is the mobile app's own count, and the 4,000,000+ is ElevenReader downloads, so the headline is quoting different products' numbers under one brand name.
The category word changes with the number. "Most Realistic Audio AI Platform" in September 2025. "Now with Video" through the winter. "All-in-One AI Creative Editor" from 2 April. The headline tracks the product pivot from voices to a creative suite.
| User-count claim | Ads | Live now |
|---|---|---|
| 1,000,000+ | 269 | 47 |
| 2,000,000+ | 36 | 12 |
| 4,000,000+ | 21 | 0 |
| 7,500,000+ | 291 | 170 |
What surprised me: the old number is still running. Ads saying 1,000,000+ kept launching until 10 September 2026, five months after 7,500,000+ went up. Nobody swept the old claim out. Each ad is its own object, and an old one only dies when it stops earning.
One brand, a dozen front doors
Destinations by product line
| Landing path | Ads |
|---|---|
| /creative | 177 |
| / (homepage) | 111 |
| /agents | 105 |
| /audiobooks | 69 |
| /flows | 56 |
| /studio | 42 |
| App Store | 43 |
| Google Play | 31 |
Each product has its own page and its own ads. The live mix is even more tilted: of the 331 live ads with full detail, 90 go to /creative, 42 to /audiobooks and 39 to /flows. Only 4 go to /agents.
Subdomains that only paid traffic sees
Two subdomains carry ads and nothing else I can find: start.elevenlabs.io (120 ads, first used 2 September 2025) and join.elevenlabs.io (117 ads, first used 2 June 2026). 44 of the 117 join ads are live. Only 3 of the 120 start ads are.
Their paths mirror the main site's product pages: /agents, /voice-library and /elevencreative-mcp on join, /v3 and /agents on start. Same products, a separate door for ad clicks.
The B2B door is a different message
Everything above talks to creators. The enterprise message is separate.
On Meta it was "Trusted by Perplexity, Synthflow, and thousands more to power real-time customer experiences." 21 ads, 20 of them to /agents, first launched 22 October 2025 and last on 10 February 2026. None are live. 184 ads in total have gone to /agents, and 4 are live today.
So on Meta the B2B pitch is gone. What is left on Meta is the creator app.
LinkedIn: 500 ads, one product
| LinkedIn headline | Ads |
|---|---|
| Connect ElevenAgents over MCP in a few clicks | 249 |
| Explore ElevenAgents | 136 |
| Browse Free Agent Templates | 48 |
| ElevenAgents For Healthcare | 29 |
463 of the 500 run from the company page. 291 are single-image ads and 208 are video. Almost all of it is about agents, with scenario copy: "Network goes down. 5,000 calls hit in an hour. ElevenAgents handles the surge."
Google: both audiences at once
560 ads: 419 text, 126 video, 15 image. 542 sit under one advertiser account. Headlines run both ways. "Build Voice Agents in Minutes" (24 ads) and "From Prompt to Live Agent" (19) sell agents. "Most Realistic Voice AI, Now with Video" (15) and "Trusted By 7,500,000+ Creators & Brands" (14) sell the creator app.
Of the destinations Google ads name, /conversational-ai appears 61 times, join.elevenlabs.io/agents 60 and elevenlabs.io/agents 34. On the creator side, /creative appears 51 times and /voice-library 46.
Median ended ad lives 35 days
813 ads have ended. The median ran 35 days. The median live ad is 111 days old, and the oldest live one started on 2 February 2026.
Launch volume is steady rather than spiky. 156 ads in August 2026, 133 in September, 160 in February. The biggest week of 2026 had 109 launches.
Format is mostly video. Of 1,144 ads, 899 are video, 194 carousel and 51 image. Among live ones, 269 are video.
What actually makes this work
The buyers on Ramp and the audience on Meta are two different people. The Ramp buyer is a team evaluating a voice API. The Meta viewer is a creator who wants to make something this afternoon.
ElevenLabs does not try to talk to both in one ad. It runs one creator machine at high volume, with a title-tag headline that is cheap to produce and a proof number that is cheap to update. Then it keeps the enterprise pitch on LinkedIn and Google, where the person with a budget is.
The headline is a template. Swap the noun and the number, and a new ad costs nothing in copy. 131 headlines, one frame.
Break down your own market
You can see every live ElevenLabs ad on its ads page, and the same for any advertiser in the Sprites ads library. For another teardown of a company that sells an AI product on Meta, read Viktor. To see which of your own creatives and landing pages hold up, creative analytics reads your account, and Sprites runs the next batch.
